Q. What is coaching?
The Association for Coaching defines coaching as “a collaborative solution-focused, results-orientated and systematic process in which the coach facilitates the enhancement of work performance, life experience, self-directed learning and personal growth of the coachee.”
For me, coaching is about looking at where you are NOW, and looking FORWARD. Not back. It is about working out where it is you want to get to, and then supporting you in getting there.

Q. How does one-to-one coaching work, and does it work?
